Vice-President, National Accounts, Québec, TD Bank GroupLouise Ann Maziak heads National Accounts for Quebec for TD Bank. National Accounts services clients with financing requirements in excess of $15 million that are either privately held or public companies, and includes the public sector. Louise Ann leads a team of seasoned professionals whose client base is growing either orga*nically, through product innovation, via acquisitions or through the development of new markets. These clients require an integrated approach whereby different parts of the bank are brought to the table to maximize the product offering. Prior to joining TD Bank in 2005, Louise Ann was the treasurer of the Société générale de financement du Québec, where she was responsible for the company’s lending and treasury requirements, as well as those of its equity participations. While at the SFG, she sat on several of boards and finance committees of the group’s investments and worked closely with partners such as CEPSA, Dow Chemicals, Shell, and El Paso Corporation. Louise Ann gained her original experience as portfolio manager at both Royal Bank of Canada and National Bank in diverse commercial lending portfolios, touching business segments as diverse as media and communications, project financing and real estate. Louise Ann holds both MSc and an MBA from McGill University. She is involved in various community projects and sits on the board of directors of l’Institut Universitaire de Gériatrie de Montréal and is also president of the audit and budget committee and has recently joined the board of Blue Metropolis.
